Guild Reform Suggestion

I visited and i found some idea that may reform the guild into a better interface.
first there are some locked topics that is still in the discussions,
it may be hard for a newbie to find how to post on the topic(but the newbie doesn't know that its locked already)
so it might be better if we move the locked topics in to a new forum main topic and unlock them all so that it can be used.

correct me to make the forum better ok. :3
